DON’T pay a nutritionist or personal trainer to tell you what to eat. With our program you DON’T count points or calories or question what you should be eating. You DON’T have to read labels and calculate carb, protein and fat content.

Meal Plans & Exercise Calendar Based on Your Personal Information
Our plans are designed to teach NEW habits. Each meal plan template teaches a 7-day rotation which can be followed for several weeks until your new habits are in place. Food exchanges can be done to revise plans to meet your personal food preferences. If you get bored with your meal plan before your next session, you can exchange other foods in to keep it spicy. You can also Follow simple workout routines customized to your level of fitness.

There are two ways to sign up for the Ultimate Health and Performance Meal Plan Service:
In Person – If you are local to the Syracuse community and want to come in for a face to face appointment
Remote – We offer remote sessions that we can hold via Zoom, Facetime or over messaging.
Both in person and remote memberships are offered in 3 levels of access. Each level of access must start with an initial consultation and we will build your profile based upon that visit. Our Bronze package includes meeting 1 time per month with your coach for 30 minutes. If done in office this will include an InBody scan to review your progress and help you and your coach determine the best path forward. If done remote, the client is to record their weight, take measurements and progress pictures to help us measure progress.
Our most popular package is the Silver package which increases your visits to every other week will include all the benefits of our bronze package as well as additional meetings to ensure you are tracking towards your goal and being held accountable even more.
If you need extra accountability or have very specific needs, we offer our Gold package which is designed to meet weekly for 30 minutes with your coach to ensure you are making the progress necessary to achieve your goals outlined in the consultation. As with the other packages you will also have an InBody scan (in person only) at each visit to make sure you are progressing as you should during this journey.
With our Silver and Gold Packages we include additional strategies and tips to help you on your path to ultimate health.
