At Ultimate Health and Performance, we start with the belief that each client is unique. Each of us has a different body composition, different levels of fitness, and different goals.
We offer 2 levels of wellness services. Our Systems over Goals program and one on one nutritional coaching which can take place in the office or remote via Zoom. All of our services will begin with an initial consultation. We use this in depth conversation to establish our game plan moving forward.
A plan tailored to your goals
After your initial consultation, you’ll receive a plan that includes a combination of: 1-on-1 Nutrition session: 30 minutes to discuss how the nutrition plan is working and what if any changes needed to be made to ensure your goals are met. Personal Training sessions custom designed to help you achieve optimal results and gains in performance, ranging from 30-60 minutes.
Preparing for an Event?
Ultimate Health and Fitness also provides Endurance Coaching for athletes preparing for an event or wanting to improve their performance.
After the initial consultation, we’ll provide individualized workouts sent to you through our online training calendar. Together, we’ll uncover your goals to help determine races and events to do.
And once you’re done, we offer off-season workouts to help season specific training.
All of our Endurance Coaching clients receive:
- A full race plan prepared
- Sweat analysis to determine your needs during races
- 2 weeks of detailed nutrition for the weeks leading up to your race
Our Commitment To You
Every client, whether remote, in-person, nutrition consultation or endurance coaching have 100% access to our complete nutrition software. And, we commit to support every client by email, text, or phone between appointments.
You’ll also have frequent check-ins to ensure you’re progressing how we envisioned.
