At Ultimate Health and Performance, we start with the belief that each client is unique.
Therefore we offer 3 types of service depending on your unique situation. Each of these will be explained more below. Our systems over goals program, our athlete specific program and our lifestyle nutriton program.

We created a thorough nutrition consultation designed, so we can learn about you and get you the results you desire.

Ultimate Health and Performance starts with a comprehensive session that will last 60-90 minutes. During this time, we will review your health history, your family’s health, and your physical activity.

Then, we complete an InBody Scan* to determine your body type and align your goals with the results of the scan. We will then discuss the best plan to help you achieve your desired goals.

Systems over goals program

This program is designed for our clients who are fully remote and it combines monthly phone calls or zoom meetings to check in on your progress in 3 core areas. Nutrition, Exercise, and Recovery. We will put together a custimized nutrition plan, exercise plan and offer many different tools and ideas to help you in the recovery component as well. You can be just starting out or an active person who is in the gym weekly and still see a benefit from this program. Te program is about continuing to build and focus on the systems we put in place not the end goal. We feel with life our greatest success comes from the work we do day in and day out vs focusing on the end goal.

Athlete and Lifestyle specific Nutrition coaching

After the initial consultation, we’ll provide an individualized nutrition plan for our client. With this we look at total calories, carbohydrates, proteins, and fats. We want to ensure we have everything in balance to achieve the goals we set during the consultation.

We will meet 1-2 times per month to make sure that we are continuing to work towards those goals and if for some reason we have set backs we can develop an action plan to get back on track and moving in the right direction. The follow up sessions are 30 minutes and always include an InBody scan as well as a review since the last visit. We then work to build out our short term goals until we meet again. Working this way helps ensure you are provided the best opportunity for success.

For athletes we can develop different plans based on the season and whether the athlete is in season or out which can very greatly. And the goals for the athlete will change as well between seasons.

We have established great relationships with the best strength and conditioning coaches in the area and have constant contact to make sure our athletes are hitting their numbers in the gym as well as in the office.

And once you’re done, we offer off-season workouts to help season specific training.
